It isn’t that hard. Listening to healthcare professionals during a global pandemic makes sense. Unfortunately, not everyone is listening.
So, the nurses, doctors and healthcare professionals of SEIU 1991 at Jackson Hospital in Miami have taken to digital and traditional media to spread the word on slowing the spread. The “Healthcare Heroes” campaign highlights the everyday heroes and sends a message to the community: We are not defenseless against COVID-19.
Wear a mask, wash your hands and stay home. They have demanded Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to issue a statewide mask order and plead with everyone to take this seriously.
