Avoid remote work fatigue

Avoid remote work fatigue

Many of us are five months into working from home and our new normals are becoming routine. While working from home brings many benefits, it also presents several challenges that weren’t in play before.

As the boundary between work and personal continues to blur, it’s easy to unknowingly work longer hours and make yourself available 24/7. Maintain a routine with a start and end to your workday. Breaks between Zoom meetings or phone calls to take a walk or grab a snack are also helpful.

Remember to socialize with colleagues, whether with an impromptu watercooler chat or  virtual happy hour.
