Businesses across Florida have once again rated TECO Peoples Gas highest in customer satisfaction in the South for the J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study.
This is the third year in a row, and fifth time since 2016, that the company has taken the No. 1 spot. The study measured business customer satisfaction across six categories, and Peoples Gas led the South’s 11 states in all categories.
