Republican Rep. Daniel Perez enjoyed his third-best fundraising month this election cycle in December, when he collected more than $349,000 to defend his House District 116 seat.
His largest donations were a pair of $50,000 checks tied to free enterprise group Associated Industries of Florida.
As of Dec. 31, Perez held more than $1.14 million between his campaign and two political committees.
He also spent nearly $218,000 last month. That included $100,000 to the Florida House Republican Campaign Committee and $51,000 to Red Road Consulting, a Miami company to which he paid more than $230,000 since its January 2021 founding.
