Former Dolphins official lands Giants GM job

by carlislewillard

The selection of former Miami Dolphins Director of Player Personnel Joe Schoen to become the general manager of the New York Giants could make the Dolphins’ search to replace former Head Coach Brian Flores much more difficult.

Sports Illustrated reported that Schoen, who said naming a head coach is his first priority, could target two coaches on Miami’s list of potential replacements.

Schoen spent the past five years with the Buffalo Bills and likely could consider Brian Daboll and Leslie Frazier, the Bills’ two coordinators. Both men are believed to be on Miami’s list, as well as several other teams.
