Annette Taddeo calls for voter registration fraud investigation

Sen. Annette Taddeo has lodged damning accusations of voter registration fraud at the Republican Party of Florida and Florida First, a Donald Trump-backing dark money group, which she said deliberately duped hundreds of elderly and Hispanic Democratic voters into switching their party affiliation.

In a press conference Friday, Taddeo demanded that Gov. Ron DeSantis’ administration and the Florida Senate investigate the issue, which could hurt her gubernatorial campaign.

“If Democrats are not able to vote, and they’re mostly Hispanic who they’re targeting, as the first Latina to run for Governor in Florida history, it would affect me directly,” she said.
