Floridians rate Peoples Gas No. 1 for ninth time in regional survey

Peoples Gas was ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power 2021 Gas Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study for the South midsize region, which includes eight states.

This also marks the ninth-consecutive year the utility’s residential customers have rated it highest in customer satisfaction.

“Peoples Gas is focused on being a strategic partner with our customers by offering the energy solutions they want and need,” said Helen Wesley, president of Peoples Gas.

The J.D. Power study was based on responses from more than 58,000 responses from residential customers of 85 of the largest gas utilities across the country.
