Panthers head home after strong road trip

by

The Florida Panthers’ early-season struggles on the road are a thing of the past. They beat Chicago 5-2 on Sunday to finish a three-game road trip sweep.

After their first 13 road games, Florida was a middling 4-4-5. After this trip, however, the Panthers improved to 12-7-5 away from home

On Tuesday, they face Nashville to begin a five-game home stand at the BB&T Center that will run through March 5.

The re-hot Panthers have won 17 of their last 21 games and have a five-point lead in the Atlantic Division. They lead the Eastern Conference by 3 points over Carolina.
