Broward County schools asking what students should know

Broward County schools are launching an outreach effort to find out what the public believes students should know and be able to do.

“The School Board of Broward County is developing a student outcomes focused approach … to improve what students know and can do with the knowledge and skills Broward County Public Schools provides.  Broward County School Board Member Sarah Leonardi said.

The first meeting is at 6 p.m., Monday at Northeast High School,  700 NE 56th St, Oakland Park and the second meeting will be 6 p.m., Thursday at McArthur High School, 6501 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood.
