Developers behind a luxury residential tower rising this December in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood are welcoming investments.

The 80-story Cipriani Residences Miami at 1420 S. Miami Ave., designed and staffed by the Cipriani family and developed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica, will comprise 397 opulent one- to four-bedroom units for private and long-term rental.

Estimated to top off in late 2025, its amenities will include 24-hour concierge services and an in-house Cipriani Restaurant, gym, spa, movie theater, business center, golf simulator, kids’ lounge and bookstore.

Prices per unit begin at $440,000 with 60% financing.
