A Pompano Beach brewery wants you to “drink like their lives depend on it.”
On Atlantic Boulevard, 26 Degree Brewing Company heeded the plea of a Ukrainian brewery that was forced to stop brewing beer and make Molotov cocktails instead.
The Ukrainians had posted their beer recipes on the internet and begged other craft breweries around the world: Brew one of these recipes to raise money and awareness.
Pompano brewers chose the repurposed brewery’s imperial stout recipe. A release party will be at 5 p.m., Saturday at the brewery, 2600 E. Atlantic Blvd. More details are available BeerforBombs.com.
