South Florida lawyer new President of the Florida Bar

Twenty-four years of leadership with the The Florida Bar recently culminated in Gary Lesser becoming the organization’s President .

Lesser is the managing partner of West Palm Beach-based Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith, PLLC, which specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, consumer class action matters and wrongful death cases.

Lesser has been on the bar’s board of governors for more than a decade. He’s also served as Chair of the Legislation, Strategic Planning, and Professional Ethics committees of the Florida Bar.

He graduated from The George Washington University and received his J.D. from the University of Miami.
