BurgerFi founder bids adieu to Palm Beach Gardens mansion

by carlislewillard

John Rosatti, the founder of BurgerFi chain, sold his 7,011-square-foot Palm Beach Gardens mansion for $8.1 million recently, in favor of less spacious digs at a condo on Fisher Island.

The deal’s broker told the Palm Beach Post that the per-square-foot price makes it a record high for the unincorporated area on the Intracoastal Waterway between PGA Boulevard and Donald Ross Road.

The six-bedroom, six-bath home on 1.04 acres has a deep-water dock, marble floors and chef’s kitchen.

But even with those garnishments, it sold for for $1.7 million less than the original list price, the Post reported.
