Winner: Jared Moskowitz. Moskowitz added two more significant endorsements in his bid for the seat in Florida’s 23rd Congressional District. House Democratic Caucus Chairman Hakeem Jeffries , the fifth-highest ranking Democrat in the House, endorsed Moskowitz in the Democratic Primary. That came just days after Protect Our Future dubbed Moskowitz a “champion for pandemic prevention.”
Loser: Brian Mast’s congressional challengers. Mast crossed the $5 million fundraising mark in his bid for re-election in Florida’s 21st Congressional District. He has some GOP Primary challengers, and Democrats are again fielding a candidate looking to unseat Mast. But that will be a tough slog.
