Brightline trains will soon be pulling into the Aventura Station as the two-year project nears completion, but motorists are going to have to endure a little more inconvenience.
Brightline is improving crossing signals in preparation for the opening expected before the end of the year, the Sun Sentinel reports.
For the next week, it’s going to mean delays at 17 intersections in Hollywood and Dania Beach. Expect to see human flaggers.
A pedestrian bridge crossing Biscayne Boulevard to the Aventura Mall is planned for the site. It will also have 240 parking spots and a bus drop-off for Miami-Dade Transit.
