The University of Miami football team got a vote of confidence when the Hurricanes were picked to finish first in the ACC Coastal Division by members of the media.
Clemson was the pick to win the overall Atlantic Coast Conference title.
Miami received 98 first-place votes out of 164 total, compared to 38 for runner-up Pittsburgh.
The ‘Canes have won their division title just once (in 2017) and have never won an ACC crown.
