A pile-up of Democrats and Republicans are vying to succeed retiring Rep. Ted Deutch in Congress to represent the district that spans Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Since the area leans Democratic, the winner of Aug. 23’s Primary contest is expected to easily win the General Election. And there’s one Democrat who’s amassed a campaign kitty that makes his competitors’ fundraising look anemic and has a list of who’s who endorsers.
Jared Moskowitz took some fire from Fort Lauderdale City Commissioner Ben Sorensen, and had an impressive rival in Hava Holzhauer, but bets are he’ll walk away with this one.
