University of Miami football coach Mario Cristo bal didn’t mince words after his team’s initial scrimmage Saturday night.
He also didn’t give much information.
The scrimmage was closed, and Cristobol offered only a videotaped message after it was over. He named no players and released no statistics.
“It was a breakdown at one position or another. It wasn’t just that we had a breakdown at quarterback, we had a breakdown at tight end, running back and the offensive line and the process with the signal coming in. Everyone took a turn today,” he said.
UM opens play Sept. 3 against Bethune-Cookman.
