Broward General Election details set for discussion

by carlislewillard

When it comes to voting, a lot has changed since voters last dropped ballots. Apportionment has shifted who’s voting in what district. And new laws regulate how it’s done.

As a result, legislative and precinct updates regarding November’s election will be discussed at a Neighborhood Partnership Committee meeting with the Broward Supervisor of Elections (SOE) Joe Scott. The meeting will be at at 6 p.m. Thursday at the SOE’s Voting Equipment Center, 1501 NW 40th Ave. in Lauderhill.

Anyone who wants to attend in person, should RSVP at [email protected]. More information is available at the SOE website.
