A Palm Beach real estate listing set a record for the highest price ever listed for a condominium on the island, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.

A penthouse condominium in the full-service Leverett House on the north end of the island has been listed at $26.5 million. No. E4B at 110 Sunset Ave. – immediately north of The Breakers – spans the entire ocean side of the beachfront building.

No neck-craning needed to see the great blue.

“It’s a ‘wow’ apartment,” said Corcoran Group agent Dana Koch, told the newspaper. His mother, Paulette Koch, also of Corcoran, co-listed the unit.
