Coconut Creek charity collecting cleaning supplies for hurricane relief

This week, Food For The Poor (FFTP) is collecting cleaning supplies that will be packed into 5-gallon containers and distributed throughout the region affected by Hurricane Ian.

The South Florida poverty relief organization is looking for donations of cleaning materials. An entire list of what they want for this mission can be found at the Coconut Creek charity’s website.

These items will be collected weekdays 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at FFTP’s warehouse, located at 6401 Lyons Rd., and packed into 5-gallon buckets.

Donors can also send a gift online from the organization’s Amazon Smile list that can be found here.
