The Dolphins’ game of quarterback roulette continued Sunday, and so did their losing streak.
For the third consecutive week, Miami made an in-game quarterback change because of an injury. And the Dolphins fell 24-16 to Minnesota for their third straight loss after starting 3-0.
Rookie QB Skylar Thompson gave way to Teddy Bridgewater in the first half after injuring his right thumb.
“[The loss] hurts a lot of people, but it can be a step in the direction we want to go if we use it appropriately,” Coach Mike McDaniel said.
Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will start next Sunday against Pittsburgh.
