Clutch jump shots, a mistake-free quarter and a last-minute defensive stand Monday fueled what the Miami Herald called “the best win of the season so far” against the Suns.
The scene at the FTX Arena delivered suspense and thrills as the Heat came from behind, propelled by a 24-10 run at the finish. Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo led the charge that kept the Suns’ scoring at five of 16 shots in the game’s last eight minutes.
The Herald called the game “a blueprint for exactly how the Heat wants to win games this year.” The team is currently 7-7.
