After more than two decades in the public sector, Miriam Soler Ramos joined Holland & Knight’s Miami office as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use Practices.
Ramos comes to the law firm after five years as the attorney for the City of Coral Gables. There, she served as counsel to the City Commission, city officials and city departments providing legal opinions on a host of issues from criminal law to property rights.
Ramos, a University of Miami Law School graduate, was a deputy general counsel and deputy advocate for the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust.
