The Miami Dolphins continues its defense revamp, bringing in new pass rusher, former Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh linebacker Malik Reed, the Sun Sentinel reported.
It’s a reunion of sorts: Reed will be working again with the Phins new defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. Fangio’s tenure as head Broncos coach coincided with Reed’s first Bronco seasons.
The Dolphins also acquired cornerback Jalen Ramsey from the Los Angeles Rams. Miami was the only place he wanted to go, according to the Bleacher Report. Pairing Ramsey with the team’s own cornerback Xavien Howard could for a top tandem at the position, the Sun Sentinel opined.
