Just days after Miami Springs voters choose three new Council members and decide on five charter amendments, the city will deliver Easter cheer with its third annual Easter Egg Drop.
For $20 per child, city staff will deliver and hide a basket’s worth of eggs in the front yards of Miami Springs and Virginia Gardens residents for kids to hunt on Easter Sunday morning.
Registration is open now for the event, which began in 2021 during the pandemic but continues today due to its popularity.
For the more gregarious, the city also has an in-person Easter Egg Hunt Saturday at Prince Field.
