FWC plans in-person Miami meeting to discuss grouper and wildlife trapping

Wildlife trapping and discussion of grouper-spawning areas off Palm Beach and Martin counties are topics on tap for a two-day meeting of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission board of commissioners in Miami May 10-11.

The meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. both days at the Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon. Advance comments for the meeting should be submitted no later than 5 p.m., May 5.

See the full agenda here. A three-hour comment period for other non-agenda items is scheduled for May 11, but potential speakers should register before 9:30 a.m. that day.
