Somehow, the Miami Heat have gone from barely making the playoffs to becoming an indomitable force.
Not only did the team promptly dispatch the No. 1 seed Milwaukee Bucks in Game 5, now they are one win away from a second-consecutive appearance in the Eastern Conference finals. There are three chances to close it out against the New York Knicks, starting tonight.
Backs against the wall created alchemy, Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra told the Sun Sentinel. “I think that we found the value in the grind of a regular season, in the grind, in the struggle,” he said.
