Ahead of a potentially crowded and unruly Memorial Day weekend, Miami Beach’s website is guiding visitors to its “Take Care of Our City and It Will Take Care of You” campaign.
The campaign page features messages from artist Romero Britto, DJ Irie and chef Michael Schwartz, among others, and lists city regulations, hotspots and weekend events.
That includes the Hyundai Air & Sea Show the city began hosting in 2017 to tame partying during Urban Beach Week.
“Take Care of Our City” launched more than a year ago before spring break, which this March saw two fatal shootings in Miami Beach.
