Breast Cancer Awareness Month supports breast cancer survivors and contributes to advances in breast cancer medicine. A few local events this month are:
• Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk is an event to honor those with breast cancer and raise money to fight back against breast cancer.
• Karaoke in the Gardens – Breast Cancer Awareness Edition is a free outdoor fundraising event with musical guests and fun karaoke.
• C-Note Dinner is a ticketed event with artisan food stations and specially curated drinks at the Cardozo Hotel. The event supports the city of Miami Beach’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” campaign.
