Winner: Alexcia Cox

The Palm Beach-Treasure Coast AFL-CIO endorsed Cox as she seeks to become Palm Beach County’s next State Attorney.

“Alexcia has proven herself as a dedicated advocate for public safety, justice and fairness, and we are confident she will be a strong champion for the working people of Palm Beach County and their families,” said the group’s President, Pat Emmert.

Loser: Francis Suarez

Reports emerged this week that Suarez faced a subpoena as prosecutors target developer Rishi Kapoor. That statement isn’t required to be made public, but the Miami Mayor reportedly faced questions about his work with Kapoor.
