‘Real results’: Rob Long launches HD 90 bid with bevy of endorsements

Delray Beach Commissioner Rob Long has his sights set on the Legislature.

The 40-year-old Democrat launched a bid for House District 90 in Palm Beach County. He wants to advance in Tallahassee priorities he’s pushed locally, from small business aid and environmental protections to public education investments and sustainable development.

“District 90 deserves a leader who listens, acts with integrity and delivers real results,” Long said.

Long is currently the only person running to succeed Rep. Joe Casello.

Casello has endorsed him. So have five other Democratic state lawmakers, Palm Beach Clerk Joe Abruzzo and former State Attorney Dave Aronberg.
