Winner: Richard Chess
Chess has signed a contract to become the next City Manager of Fort Pierce.
He’ll be paid $200,000, a pay cut from his most recent gig as Broward County assistant general manager of transportation and finance. But the contract also stipulates that Chess will receive a 5% pay bump after six months for good performance.
Loser: Miami-Dade County
