Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed legislation to designate part of Southern Boulevard in Palm Beach County – from Kirk Road to South Ocean Boulevard – as “President Donald J. Trump Boulevard.”
It’s the second such honor in South Florida, following the renaming of a stretch of Palm Avenue in Hialeah last year.
The Florida Department of Transportation will install commemorative signage along the route, located near Air Force One’s Palm Beach International Airport Stop and the President’s Mar-a-Lago estate.
The bill included other road designations honoring former Congressman Lincoln Díaz-Balart and Miami Commissioner Manolo Reyes – who both died this year – among others.
