The Miami Dolphins will open the NFL season on Sunday against the Colts in Indianapolis (1 p.m. ET, CBS).
After finishing last season with an 8-9 record, the Dolphins focused on the offensive line, including signing James Daniels, who is expected to start at right guard, and drafting Jonah Savaiinaea, a second-round draft pick, in April.
The Colts also finished last season with an 8-9 record. They’ll start Daniel Jones at quarterback with former Florida Gator Anthony Richardson, the Colts’ fourth overall draft pick in 2023, as the backup.
Oddsmakers have the Colts as a slight favorite to win.
