How to protect your car from salty ocean air

by The 100 Companies

There’s nothing like an oceanside cruise. Whether you’re in a $200k Bentley or the family minivan, cracking the window and letting in a warm, salty breeze can elevate any driving experience.

Sadly, our cars don’t love an ocean mist as much as we do. Like tiny bacteria, salt particles love to corrode metal components and cause premature wear to brakes, body panels, suspension, electronics and more.

Luckily, the fix is simple. Like a sandy flip flop, just give your car a good rinse when you leave the beach. A drive-through car wash, garden hose or a rainy drive will do.
