The Miami Heat continue in the NBA play-in series with a chance to earn a spot in the main playoff field Friday, when they play the Hawks in Atlanta (7 p.m. ET, TNT).
Miami, the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference, kept their playoff hopes alive with a 109-90 victory Wednesday in Chicago. Tyler Herro led the Heat with 38 points as the team dominated the Bulls.
During the regular season, the Heat and Hawks split four games. The winner of tonight’s game advances to face the top seed, the Cleveland Cavaliers, in the first round of the playoffs.
