Winner: Palm Beach County tourism
With Donald Trump officially sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, his home county can expect an increase of tourism, according to analysts.
That could be helped out by reports that Trump expects to spend more time at Mar-a-Lago during his second term, potentially attracting even more visitors.
Loser: Cuba
Speaking of Trump, he swiftly returned Cuba to the State Sponsors of Terrorism list after outgoing President Joe Biden removed the island nation from that list during his final days in office.
That’s welcome news for South Florida’s large Cuban American population.
