The Miami Dolphins will conclude the preseason schedule on Saturday at home against in-state rivals, the Jacksonville Jaguars (7 p.m. ET, NFL Network).
Miami head coach Mike McDaniel said this week that he plans on playing his starters “more than a series, less than half” against Jacksonville. The Jaguars will likely mirror Miami’s approach, depending on how the game develops.
The two teams were to hold joint practices on Thursday in Miami Gardens, a trend becoming more common around the NFL in preseason preparations.
The Dolphins kick off the 2025 regular season on Sept. 7 at the Indianapolis Colts.
