Returning to its first in-person conference following a 2.5-year break, the executive committee of PRSA’s Counselors Academy was looking for a new idea to build momentum and community for its September 2021 Nashville event.

Each morning for four days, attendees awoke to a 7am email re-capping the previous days events with 100-word stories and slide shows as well as a list of that day’s speakers and breakouts — and an insider’s guide to Music City destinations. It scored a 84% open rate and 57% click-throughs.
