A third Florida man – and the second one from South Florida – is joining the fray vying for the Republican nomination for President.
Miami Mayor Francis Suarez is betting that the country is ready to elect a Hispanic from a big city (“a unicorn of all unicorns,” he told Fox and Friends).
He’ll be up against the two Florida men leading the field, former President Donald Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis, along with a bunch of other people who are not from the Sunshine State.
Suarez, first elected Mayor in 2017, is highlighting Miami’s growth and economic health in his bid.
