It’s almost time for a new school year, and the community wants to help. Don’t miss these events offering free school supplies and support for families to start the year strong:
• Mayor and Council Back to School Block Party: This is more than a giveaway, it’s a party. Fun games, free food, music, entertainment and school supplies for kids and families.
• Back To School Jam: A party offering free school supplies, games and dancing as the community celebrates the season.
•1st Annual Back to School Giveaway: Free backpacks, school supplies, games, performances, food and haircuts offered by #WAS Foundation, Inc.
