The Florida GOP just set its roster of delegates for the Republican National Committee, and there’s ample South Florida representation.
In leadership roles, Miami-Dade Commissioner Kevin Marino Cabrera will co-head the Platform Committee, while former U.S. Ambassador Carlos Trujillo will co-lead the Permanent Organization Committee.
Other delegation members include House Speaker-designate Daniel Perez, Miami Sens. Ileana Garcia and Alexis Calatayud, Doral Sen. Ana Maria Rodriguez, Miami Reps. Alina Garcia and Juan Porras, Sweetwater Rep. David Borrero, West Palm Beach Rep. Rick Roth and Monroe GOP Chair Rhonda Rebman Lopez of Key Largo.
The event runs July 15-18 in Milwaukee.
