The ‘lazy girl job’ trend

by The 100 Companies

Good-bye hustle culture, hello “lazy girl jobs.” We’re talking about remote jobs that require little effort, pay well and offer a comfortable work/life balance. And since burnout is at an all-time high for women and young adults, there just might be a reason for the new workplace shift.

Life coach Gemma Perlin blames it on the cost-of-living crisis: “People feel even more pressurized and stretched financially, and if the constant jostling career is still leaving them feeling financially insecure having to get other sources of income, many are questioning the point.”

They do not want to work harder for less.
