Croquettas not corned beef: Hialeah dead last in Irish-level ranking

Hialeah is rock-bottom last for the level of Irish spirit found within its municipal borders, according to a mash-up of various indicators, such as Census data, Google events and TripAdvisor, to name a few, according to LawnStarting a lawn care chain that compiles the data on 200 cities for fun.

Boston, Chicago and New York City rank at the top for that spirit South Florida, however, is overrepresented among those cities getting basement ratings for Irishness. Hollywood is No. 153 in the rankings, Pembroke Pines No. 168, Miami No. 188 and Miramar No. 194. Hialeah is No. 200

“I’m shocked,” deadpanned Hialeah Mayor Esteban Bovo.
