Miami Beach’s iconic thoroughfare is host to the Holiday Festival of Lights, an event blending live classical music with festive characters and cutting-edge displays projected onto Ocean Drive’s legendary Art Deco facades.
Organizers are calling the shows the “first of their kind.” They’ll be at 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at the Betsy Hotel (1440 Ocean Drive) and The Gabriel (640 Ocean Drive) on Dec. 29 and 30.
Miami Beach’s facades will turn into interactive exhibits with projections playing off the buildings’ facades in perfect unison with the rhythm of the music.
