Senate Democratic Leader Lauren Book has a third video advertisement that’s going to be aired on television and cable stations in what her campaign calls a “six-figure buy.”
Book, drawn into a Senate District with incumbent Democratic Sen. Rosalind Osgood, moved to a new district to avoid a Primary. But then a Democrat, former Broward County Commissioner Barbara Sharief, filed a challenge. It’s Book’s first ballot challenge.
The advertisement highlights her work expanding health care, improving schools and making neighborhoods safer.
The advertisement wraps with an endorsement. “Vote for our mom, Lauren Book,” her 5-year-old twins Hudson and Kennedy say.
