Looking for some real estate with waterfront along the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway? Billionaire real estate investor Jeff Greene has a deal, according to Mansion Global.
Greene is shopping two adjoining Manalapan properties that would make a three-acre lot. The two lots each have beach cottages, but the $49.9 million price likely appeals to someone thinking big.
The site, 10 miles south of West Palm Beach, faces Boynton Inlet, an artificial cut that connects the ocean and the Intracoastal. Greene purchased one lot for $6.5 million in 2015 and the other for $4.1 million in 2018, records show.
