After Saturday’s humiliating loss to the basement-dwelling San Antonio Spurs – part of a three-game losing streak – it’s undeniable the Miami Heat has gone from last season’s sizzle to an early season fizzle.
Monday night, the team is opening a four-game trip against the Indiana Pacers and forward Jimmy Butler struck an introspective tone with the Sun Sentinel’s Ira Winderman.
“I shouldn’t say I’m not worried,” Butler said Sunday. “I don’t think that’s the right terminology for it. We show flashes of what we can be and who we are. It’s just, damn, whenever we get away from that, it looks bad. ”
