Tyler Herro is getting the Sun Sentinel’s nomination for a new award this year: Clutch Player of the Year.
The guard sank a three-pointer with one-tenth of a second left to play. It gave the Miami Heat a victory over the Utah Jazz 126-123, Ira Winderman reports.
It’s not the first time that Herro has pulled off some impressive buzzer beaters.
He sank a three-pointer against the Sacramento Kings with 2.5 seconds left to go on Nov. 2 and another game-winning jumper with 5.7 seconds left in regulation play against the Oklahoma City Thunder in a Dec. 14 away game.
